Notice on Cancellation of Visa Application Appointments

Starting from December 17, 2023, online appointment for visa application is no longer required. Visa applicants who reside in VIC and TAS can submit their applications directly to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Melbourne as follows:

Step 1. Applicants log on to the website of the Visa Centre (https://www.visaforchina.cn/MEL2_EN/), fill out the visa application form online accurately, download and print the full application form.

Step 2. Submit the application with the application form and other required documents to the Visa Centre on weekdays.

After the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours.
